Performance Marketing Manager

We're Faihai, a growing ecommerce & growth agency built by brand-side folks who've scaled some of the biggest D2C businesses.

We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us and take charge of scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.

What You'll Do:

Own and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end from setup to scaling.

Track, analyze, and optimize for real results (ROAS, CAC, the works).

Build and manage performance reports in Excel/Sheets.

Work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to align messaging and creative strategy.

You're Right for This Role If:

You've spent 1 to 3 years running Meta + Google Ads with strong results to show.

You're comfortable working with data and building clear performance dashboards.

You know your way around ad structures, targeting logic, pixel setup, and attribution.

You're based in Bangalore and ready to work from our Indiranagar office (this is not a remote role).
