We are on a mission to revolutionize the way people dine out, and we're looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our customer acquisition and retention across digital channels.

What You'll Do

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth through digital performance channels. You'll manage campaigns, optimize for ROAS, and help craft strategies that scale both demand and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Programmatic, and affiliate networks.
• Plan and execute user acquisition strategies to drive app installs, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging across channels.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) to measure, report, and improve ROI.
• Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (especially app marketing).
• Proven track record of managing large digital budgets and delivering high ROAS.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC campaigns, DSPs, and retargeting platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or similar MMPs.
• Strong grasp of marketing KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPI, LTV, ROAS).
• Passion for the food, dining, or hospitality space is a big plus!
