• Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Turn performance data into revenue decisions
• Obsess over CAC, ROAS, LTV (like they're KPIs tattooed on your brain)
• Build, test, break, rebuild creatives until they convert like magic
• Lead funnel strategy from click conversion retention
• Collaborate with creative & content teams to produce scroll-stopping ads
• Make data-backed decisions, not gut feelings
