Job Description

Location: Gurugram - Sec 58 (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to drive ROAS and growth.
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify website, including landing pages, funnel flows, app integrations, and overall website performance.
  • Improve customer journeys and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UI/UX enhancements.
  • Build and execute retention marketing strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs.
  • Own the complete D2C growth funnel — from customer acquisition to conversion and retention.
  • Monitor and improve key business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to define growth strategies and performance roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, attribution, campaign tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including website optimization, integrations, and funnel management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Good understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), retention marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple D2C growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in the D2C/e-commerce ecosystem.
