Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Gurugram - Sector 63A

Mode: Work from office, 5 days a week

Roles and responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and other relevant analytics tools.

Manage and optimize the Shopify website, including landing page creation, funnel optimization, and performance tracking.

Enhance user journeys and improve conversion rates through on-site testing, page optimization, and refined UI/UX flows.

Develop and implement retention marketing strategies, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs.

Oversee the complete D2C funnel—from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention.

Regularly evaluate key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to drive marketing efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the Founder and management team to define performance goals and establish growth roadmaps.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance marketing across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Hands-on experience with Shopify, including theme customization, app integrations, and website optimization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

In-depth knowledge of conversion rate optimization, user journey mapping, and retention marketing strategies.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple aspects of D2C growth initiatives.
