Job Description

Run performance marketing for the world's largest employers.

This role doesn't market Joveo. It markets for the brands that hire through Joveo — Fortune 500 enterprises, global staffing firms, RPOs, and agencies running multi-million-dollar talent campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and messaging.

You'll lead the team that designs, ships, and scales those campaigns. Every week, your work decides whether thousands of jobs get filled on time and on budget. The candidates clicking, the employers hiring, the recruiters meeting their numbers — all of it runs through you.

Why this role exists

Our clients don't want a social agency. They want a partner who treats their hiring funnel like a revenue line — with the data rigor, creative instinct, and operational discipline of a top-tier performance marketer. That's the seat we're hiring for.

You'll report into the Supply leadership team and work hand-in-glove with Account Management, Product, and the AI/Analytics functions. You'll lead a team of performance marketing specialists today, with a clear path to grow it.

A week in this role

Monday. Client review with a Fortune 100 retailer. CPA on hourly retail roles spiked over the weekend. You walk through the diagnostic — channel mix shift, creative fatigue on Meta, a LinkedIn audience that's saturated — and ship a re-allocation plan before the call ends.

Tuesday. A staffing firm is launching a 10-market bilingual campaign across the US, Canada, and the UK. You sign off on the geo × language × title matrix, brief the team on Meta Lead Ads + LinkedIn + Google Search splits, and approve creative for the Mandarin and Spanish variants.

Wednesday. A net-new RPO client onboarding. You're in the room with Sales and Account Management to present the campaign architecture, KPI framework, and a 90-day pilot plan. Your job is to make the pitch land — and to make sure delivery can keep the promise.

Thursday. Team review. One specialist is going deep on TikTok recruitment ads for trades. Another is testing WhatsApp lead capture for a CPG plant-hiring program. You unblock both, kill one experiment that isn't working, and queue the next sprint.

Friday. QBR prep with leadership — portfolio view across all clients you cover. Cost-per-apply trends, channel ROI, creative win rate, client retention signals. You also sit with Product to feed back what your campaigns are surfacing about the next AI feature roadmap.

What you'll own

  • Client campaigns end to end. Strategy, channel mix, creative direction, launch, optimization, reporting — across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snap), paid search (Google, Bing), YouTube, programmatic display, and emerging channels.
  • Email and messaging campaigns. Candidate nurture, re-engagement, and outreach — email sequences, SMS, and WhatsApp drips designed to move pipeline and protect conversion.
  • Performance against client KPIs. Cost-per-apply, cost-per-hire, application-to-hire conversion, time-to-fill, ROAS on media spend, source-of-hire mix. These are the numbers your team defends in client reviews.
  • The team. Specialists across paid social, paid search, lifecycle/messaging, and creative ops. You hire, mentor, and stretch them — and you raise the operating bar of the function.
  • Client-facing presence. Joint-business reviews, campaign readouts, escalation handling, and strategic roadmap conversations with TA leaders, marketing leaders, and procurement at enterprise accounts.
  • Cross-functional flywheel. Tight loops with Account Management on retention and upsell, Operations on sourcing alignment, Product on what the platform needs to ship next, and Analytics on how we measure it.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have 5–8 years in performance marketing, paid media, or recruitment marketing — with at least 2 leading a team and a track record managing client portfolios.
  • Have run paid campaigns at meaningful scale — six-figure monthly budgets and above — across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Can open Ads Manager and audit a campaign in 15 minutes — audiences, placements, bid strategy, creative, conversion events — and tell us exactly what's broken.
  • Have shipped email, SMS, or WhatsApp campaigns that moved a real KPI — not just sent.
  • Speak fluent CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPL, CPH — and don't flinch when a client wants to know why a number moved.
  • Have presented to enterprise clients and held your own in a room with TA Directors, CMOs, or procurement leads.
  • Treat creative as half the job. You'd rather kill a working campaign than ride it into fatigue.
  • Have an instinct for the recruitment marketing space — or the curiosity to learn it cold in 30 days. Background in HR Tech, TA Tech, ad tech, or programmatic media is a strong plus.

You won't thrive here if you

  • Treat client work as ticket-taking. The seat is for someone who tells clients what to do, not the other way around.
  • Need a brand brief and three weeks of approvals before testing anything.
  • Are allergic to data, dashboards, or a hard conversation when a number slips.
  • Wait for instructions instead of writing the plan.

Joveo's own Mojo platform and the Nova AI Suite (Media Plan Generator, Nova Chatbot, Social Campaign Generator, and more). GA4. Google Tag Manager. Looker / Tableau. HubSpot or Marketo for nurture flows. WhatsApp Business API and SMS providers for messaging. Plus any tool you can make a sharp business case for.
