Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be an expert in lead generation, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization, with a strong understanding of real estate buyer journeys.
This role directly impacts sales pipeline, ROI, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Execute and scale lead generation campaigns for residential & commercial projects
Optimize campaigns for low CPL, high-quality leads & higher site-visit conversions
Manage full funnel: Ad Landing Page Lead Site Visit Closure support
2. Paid Advertising (Core Skill)
Google Ads Expert Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Forms, Conversion & Retargeting campaigns
Budget allocation, bid strategies, audience targeting & A/B testing
Continuously optimize creatives, copy & audiences to improve ROAS
3. Website & Landing Page Creation
Create, manage, and optimize websites & landing pages (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
Implement CRO best practices for better lead conversion
Improve website speed, UX, and mobile performance
4. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Strong command over Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager & pixels
Setup and track events, conversions, forms, calls & WhatsApp leads
Generate actionable reports with insights and growth recommendations
5. Content, Design & Creative Execution
Design high-converting ad creatives (banners, carousels, brochures, landing creatives)
Create compelling visual content aligned with real estate USPs
Know how on tools like Photoshop, Canva & Figma (or similar)
6. Video Editing & Short-Form Content
Edit reels, short videos, YouTube ads, walkthrough clips & project teasers
Optimize videos for Meta, YouTube & Performance campaigns
Use and learn tools for video editing.
Understand hooks, transitions, captions & performance-driven storytelling
7. CRM, Automation & Sales Coordination
Integrate leads with CRM systems
Analyze lead quality & sales feedback to improve conversions
Coordinate with sales teams for funnel optimization
