About the Job
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead BLUORNG's paid growth across Meta and Google Ads. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue by planning, executing, and continuously optimising performance marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the founders and creative team to scale customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and make data-driven decisions that directly impact business growth. We are looking for someone who understands both numbers and creativity, has a strong grasp of consumer behaviour, and is genuinely excited about building a fashion brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end performance marketing function across Meta and Google Ads with a primary focus on driving profitable revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns while consistently improving ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across channels based on performance and business objectives.
- Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition and retargeting strategies to maximize customer acquisition and conversions.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance and take proactive actions to improve key performance metrics.
- Drive creative strategy by collaborating with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and establish a robust creative testing framework.
- Identify creative fatigue, audience saturation, and optimization opportunities, and implement corrective actions to sustain campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize website conversion performance by identifying bottlenecks across landing pages, product pages, and the checkout journey.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution through Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing for D2C ecommerce brands.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant monthly advertising budgets while achieving sustainable ROAS and business growth.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing creative strategies and working closely with designers, content creators, and production teams to improve campaign performance.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, prioritize tasks, and take complete ownership of business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or D2C ecommerce industry will be preferred.
- A genuine interest in fashion, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing, with the ability to understand and represent the BLUORNG brand authentically.
