Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can own campaigns end-to-end, drive measurable growth, and optimize ROI across channels.
This role is focused on numbers, lead quality, and business outcomes—not just campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads (LinkedIn mandatory)
- Manage ₹10L+ ad budgets and own metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
- Execute and scale international campaigns (US, Europe, GCC, etc.)
- Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels
- Improve landing page performance and conversion rates (CRO)
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and optimize retargeting strategies
- Drive SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page, technical, content alignment)
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM tools
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing ₹10L+ ad budgets
- Strong expertise in:
LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)
Meta Ads
Google Ads
- Experience handling international campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B / consultancy / service-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Basic understanding of ad creatives and copywriting
Not a Fit If
- You primarily work on boosting posts or basic campaigns
- You cannot explain campaign performance with data
- You have not handled significant ad budgets
- You depend entirely on agencies for execution
