Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can own campaigns end-to-end, drive measurable growth, and optimize ROI across channels.

This role is focused on numbers, lead quality, and business outcomes—not just campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads (LinkedIn mandatory)
  • Manage ₹10L+ ad budgets and own metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
  • Execute and scale international campaigns (US, Europe, GCC, etc.)
  • Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels
  • Improve landing page performance and conversion rates (CRO)
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
  • Implement and optimize retargeting strategies
  • Drive SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page, technical, content alignment)
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM tools
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing ₹10L+ ad budgets
  • Strong expertise in:

LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)

Meta Ads

Google Ads

  • Experience handling international campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience in B2B / consultancy / service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of ad creatives and copywriting

Not a Fit If

  • You primarily work on boosting posts or basic campaigns
  • You cannot explain campaign performance with data
  • You have not handled significant ad budgets
  • You depend entirely on agencies for execution
