We are looking for a senior, hands-on performance marketing professional to own and scale all paid marketing campaigns across group businesses, Retail, HNI and UHNI. This role requires strong expertise in advanced tracking, attribution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all paid campaigns across the group, including Search, Meta, UAC, and other performance channels.
- Drive high-quality lead generation and user acquisition with clear ROI ownership across multiple business lines.
- Implement and manage Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, offline conversion tracking, and event mapping with CRM/MMP.
- Define and optimize advanced bidding and scaling strategies (value-based bidding, audience layering, funnel-based optimization).
- Ensure accurate attribution, lead quality tracking, and feedback loops between marketing, CRM, and sales teams.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve scale, efficiency, and performance across businesses.
- Build performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance, best practices, and consistency across all paid marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid media at scale
- Proven expertise in advanced tracking setup: GTM, Meta CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, offline events, CRM integration
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and lead quality optimization.
- Comfortable working with CRM, CDP, MMP, analytics tools
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and presentation skills.
- Execution-first mindset with ownership and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 7- 10 years of experience in performance marketing or related experience
- BFSI / Fintech experience preferred
- Graduate / MBA can apply.
