Performance Marketing Manager

We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager | Alyke

We're looking for a Performance Marketing expert who understands app growth and can scale user acquisition campaigns for the US market.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads

• Experience in app marketing / mobile user acquisition

• Ability to reduce cost per signup (CPS/CAC) and improve ROAS

• Expertise in scaling ad spends and performance campaigns

• Strong understanding of creatives, funnels, analytics & optimization

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing

• Hands-on experience with app marketing/mobile growth campaigns

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads & analytics tools

• Experience working on US market campaigns is preferred

• Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution ability

Preferred:

• Experience working with consumer apps, social apps, dating apps, or D2C brands

• Startup mindset with ownership-driven approach
