Position Overview

Aisha Rao Couture is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth across paid media, WhatsApp commerce, website optimization, and organic acquisition strategy.

This role owns the digital revenue engine. The ideal candidate understands high-ticket D2C purchase journeys, luxury consumer behavior, and full-funnel optimisation across ads, website experience, conversational commerce, and search visibility.

You will be responsible for improving conversion efficiency, reducing CAC, increasing revenue per visitor, and scaling profitable acquisition channels while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Optimisation WhatsApp & Conversational Commerce

* Design and optimise WhatsApp-led sales funnels using tools such as AiSensy and Pabbly

* Build and refine chatbot flows for lead nurturing, abandoned carts, and browsing behaviour triggers

* Implement and train agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks while preserving brand tone

* Improve lead qualification, response time, and bot-to-human handoff processes

* Analyse WhatsApp conversion rates, AOV, and sales cycle timelines

* Continuously enhance automation logic to drive higher revenue per lead

2. Website Optimisation CRO & Engagement

* Identify and resolve friction across product, collection, and checkout journeys

* Optimise landing pages, product pages, and CTAs for higher conversion

* Implement behavioural triggers and personalised user flows

* Analyse user behaviour, drop-offs, and engagement metrics to improve performance

* Collaborate with Shopify and development teams to enhance site speed, UX, and tracking

* Drive measurable improvements in conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, and revenue per visitor

3. Ads Optimisation Full-Funnel Paid Growth

* Develop and manage full-funnel strategies across Meta, Google, and YouTube

* Execute Website Purchase and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns

* Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and scaling

* Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

* Improve non-brand acquisition while maintaining premium audience quality

* Monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, and attribution performance

4. Organic Growth Leadership SEO, GEO & AEO

* Lead and oversee SEO strategy to improve non-branded organic acquisition and search visibility

* Guide content and technical teams to strengthen E-E-A-T signals and topical authority

* Develop GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategies to improve visibility across AI-driven search platforms

* Drive AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) to improve discoverability in featured snippets, knowledge panels, and conversational search

* Align organic strategy with paid acquisition and collection launches

* Monitor rankings, organic revenue contribution, and search intent shifts

* Build scalable frameworks for long-term organic growth

Qualifications & Skills

* 1-5 years of experience in D2C growth or performance marketing

* Proven experience managing revenue for premium or luxury brands

* Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube

* Experience with WhatsApp automation platforms (AiSensy, Pabbly, or similar)

* Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical optimisation, and AI-led search evolution

* Proficiency in GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

* Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation experience

* Ability to balance performance goals with luxury brand standards

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

* Certifications in Performance Marketing or SEO preferred
