You'll be a good fit if you have
- 35 years in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling high-budget App campaigns.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communications in English and Telugu.
- Experience Metabase, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities for cohort analysis and P&L modelingtise in performance marketing with a track record of managing high-budget campaigns.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling a new business line or vertical from scratch.
- Strong business acumen with accountability for revenue and margin outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC/DV360), and attribution modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in AppsFlyer, GA4, Looker Studio, Metabase, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities for cohort analysis and P&L modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Vertical Growth & P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the new Puja vertical, driving CM1/CM2 (Contribution Margins), revenue, and sustainable CAC.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy: Design and execute scale-up strategies across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads, moving users from awareness to high-intent booking and repeat usage.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Lead relentless experimentation by systematically testing creatives, landing pages, and offers to enhance ROAS, especially during peak festival seasons.
