Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling performance-driven paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the company's performance marketing strategy, leading a high-performing team, and delivering measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Own end-to-end campaign strategy, from planning and budgeting to execution, optimization, and reporting.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Performance/Paid Media specialists to maximize efficiency, ROI, and growth.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for continuous optimization.

Drive experimentation and testing (A/B testing, audience segmentation, creatives, landing pages) to improve conversion rates and scalability.

Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Content, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.

Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with a proven track record of driving successful, ROI-focused campaigns.

At least 2 years of people management experience, leading a team of 34 members and managing a portfolio of 10+ accounts.

Strong hands-on expertise with major digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.

Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
