What you'll do
- Build and execute brand-wise performance marketing strategies across categories
- Plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns - from awareness to conversion and re-engagement
- Run and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms
- Develop insight-led acquisition and discovery strategies based on market behavior and buying patterns
- Create customer-centric, personalized retargeting journeys to improve conversion rates
- Manage and optimize ad budgets to drive maximum ROI and efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize for better outcomes
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with funnel performance
- Build structured reports and dashboards to give clear visibility on performance, learnings, and next steps
- Experiment with new-age performance channels and answer-engine driven strategies
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads ecosystem
- Solid understanding of funnel-based marketing and attribution models
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Strong coordination skills to work across teams (creative, brand, operations)
- Someone who enjoys testing, learning, and scaling what works
