About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own acquisition end to end.

This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving environment where you will directly impact revenue. You will be responsible for scaling paid channels, building creative systems, and continuously improving performance through disciplined testing and iteration.

You will work directly with the founder and are expected to operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.

This is a full-time remote contract role.

What You'll Do

  • Own acquisition performance end to end across paid and organic channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google (Search and YouTube), and TikTok
  • Run and scale app campaigns (installs and in-app events) across Meta and Google
  • Manage and grow organic social channels with a clear focus on performance and consistency
  • Handle campaign setup, budgets, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Own the creative process end to end, from sourcing and briefing to execution and testing
  • Build and scale a strong creative testing pipeline aligned with platform algorithms
  • Continuously test, measure, and iterate to improve performance
  • Pull and analyze data from GA and Search Console to understand user behavior and identify opportunities
  • Own tracking and measurement, ensuring pixels, events, and attribution are always accurate
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues proactively
  • Manage budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and contribution to P&L
  • Work closely with the founder to align on priorities, performance, and growth strategy
  • Stay current with platform changes, trends, and best practices

  • Who You Are

    • 4–6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with ownership of acquisition (eCommerce experience required)
    • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
    • Experience running app campaigns (installs and in-app events)
    • Amazon experience is a plus
    • Proven ability to scale acquisition while maintaining CAC targets
    • Strong creative instinct and understanding of what drives performance across formats and channels
    • Experience managing high-volume creative testing workflows
    • Comfortable owning the full creative cycle from ideation to in-platform testing
    • Strong understanding of analytics tools like GA and Search Console
    • Comfortable owning tracking setup and troubleshooting (pixels, events, attribution)
    • Able to operate independently in a lean environment without heavy support teams
    • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and highly accountable

    Compensation

    • ₹65,000 – ₹95,000 per month
    • Based on experience and demonstrated performance
    • Full-time contract role (remote)
