The company aims to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the domestic market at an affordable price utilizing its local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build, execute, optimize, and scale performance marketing initiatives while driving tangible business impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and maximize conversions.
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, automation, and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns end-to-end and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and performance analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working independently.
