We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Team Lead who can drive performance across marketplaces while mentoring people and owning client success end-to-end. This is a leadership role sitting at the intersection of: Marketplace strategy, Client relationships, Team leadership & Performance growth
You'll manage 4–6 client accounts & lead marketplace advertising across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other emerging commerce ecosystems, ensuring both campaign performance and team excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advertising strategies across marketplace platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce channels
- Own end-to-end client performance across marketplace advertising accounts
- Create, manage, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns to drive growth, efficiency, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify performance opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify growth levers through data-driven analysis
- Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign structures to improve efficiency and scalability
- Perform regular account and product listing audits to uncover optimization opportunities
- Build detailed performance reports with clear insights, action plans, and strategic recommendations
- Drive client success through proactive communication, weekly review meetings, and strategic consultations
- Foster a strong experimentation culture across accounts (testing > guessing)
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Business Development, and Client teams to deliver impactful campaign outcomes
- Lead and mentor a team of Executives & Associates, guiding daily execution, planning, and optimization
- Conduct account reviews, performance audits, and client presentations
- Support Business Development through pitches, strategy inputs, and onboarding of new clients
- Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and results

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
4 years+ experience in managing Marketplace Advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Quick Commerce platforms
Proven track record of managing, optimizing, and scaling marketplace advertising campaigns
Prior experience leading a team, mentoring associates, or guiding junior executives is preferred
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth agency environments
Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central and marketplace advertising ecosystems
Deep understanding of marketplace advertising algorithms, bidding strategies, and performance levers
Experience with marketplace analytics and reporting tools
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into action
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Clear and confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership without waiting for instructions
Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous or evolving situations
