Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Intern. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketer passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Monitor ad performance, suggest optimizations and prepare basic reports.
• Track key metrics and reporting to clients
• Conduct keywords, audience, and competitor research.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversions.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing concepts and ad platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools, hand-on experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work with data.
