We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. If you're excited by data, digital platforms, and the power of a well-placed ad, this role is for you. You'll work closely with the core team to ideate, plan, and execute campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

• Assist in the end-to-end execution of performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit
• Support brainstorming and strategy development for paid campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and flag key insights
• Help with audience research, keyword planning, and ad copy suggestions
• Coordinate with the creative team for timely asset delivery
• Manage and organise campaign data and reports
• Stay updated on platform trends, tools, and best practices

• Strong interest in digital and performance marketing
• Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Prior internship or coursework in marketing is a plus
