Seeking a motivated and data-driven
Performance Marketing Intern. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about digital advertising, loves working with numbers, and wants to gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with senior marketers to learn how to drive measurable growth through performance marketing strategies.
Stipend: INR 20,000 - 25,000 / month
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
- Support in creating and testing different ad creatives and messaging to identify the most effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to segment and target customer lists for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with advertising partners and vendors.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop innovative marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn about CRM systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in digital marketing.
