Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management:

• Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
• Basic knowledge of ad platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.

Optimization:

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience/ coursework in digital marketing
• Knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
• Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
