Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who excels at generating high-quality leads at scale. This role is heavily focused on paid media, conversion optimization, and revenue impact, with SEO as a supporting function.

If you understand real estate funnels, can optimize CPL aggressively, and know how to turn ad budgets into site visits and site visits into booked deals - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Drive qualified leads, site visits, and conversions with a strong focus on CPL, CPA, and ROI.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels specifically for real estate (landing pages, forms, call funnels).
  • Continuously test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality and cost efficiency.

Real Estate Lead Generation (Core Requirement)

  • Leverage prior experience in real estate marketing to run high-performing campaigns.
  • Understand buyer journeys (awareness consideration site visit booking).
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns for walk-ins, site visits, and qualified inquiries, not just form fills.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Build dashboards that focus on business outcomes (site visits, bookings) rather than vanity metrics.
  • Collaborate with web and analytics teams to improve tracking, attribution, and funnel performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and user behavior.

SEO (Secondary Focus)

  • Support SEO efforts across on-page and technical areas.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic visibility.
  • Work with content teams to optimize landing pages and blogs.
  • Monitor key SEO metrics like impressions, clicks, and rankings.

Innovation & Automation

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, automation, and AI tools.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT and other automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

  • 45 years of experience in performance marketing (PPC + Lead Gen).
  • 23 years of real estate marketing experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of running lead generation campaigns at scale.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Tag Manager.
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and CRO.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

Brownie Points

  • Experience with real estate CRM tools and lead lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of call tracking, WhatsApp funnels, and offline attribution.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of video marketing and high-converting ad creatives.
