Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Performance Marketing Specialist specializing in Google and Meta platforms. In this role, you will manage and analyze performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, optimize ad performance based on data insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance ROI for our Client Accounts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, tracking campaign metrics, and experimenting with new strategies to meet objectives are integral parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interactions and collaboration
• Solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
• Attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven experience in successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with A/B testing and audience segmentation is a plus
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
