Role Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, sales, and ROI for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, display, PMAX, GMB) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Plan media buying strategies based on client goals and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
  • Create campaign structures, ad copies, and coordinate creatives with the design team.
  • Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with latest platform trends, algorithm changes and performance marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Media Buying and Media Planning skills to manage the purchase and organization of ad placements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce and D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategy.
