We are looking for a results-driven SEM to plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform performance marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage full-funnel strategies (Awareness Consideration Conversion)
  • Manage budgets, ROAS, CAC, and key performance KPIs
  • Build retargeting funnels and custom audience strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimisation strategies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Google Ads Management

  • Set up and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Improve Quality Score, reduce CPA, and drive high-intent traffic

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Create and manage conversion-focused ad campaigns
  • Build layered retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences
  • Optimise placements, creatives, and messaging for better performance

Paid Campaign Execution

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and UTM parameters
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives
  • Maintain campaign hygiene and ensure platform policy compliance

SEO Support

  • Conduct keyword research to support content strategy
  • Provide on-page SEO optimisation recommendations
  • Assist with link-building initiatives and improving organic visibility
  • Track and report organic performance using analytics tools

What We're Looking For:

  • 23 years of hands-on experience in SEM & performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and GTM
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and landing page UX basics
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and performance-focused mindset

Good to Have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows
