Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience in Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns with a clear focus on leads, conversions, ROI, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage daily campaign performance including budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, and scaling strategies.
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, audiences, and funnels through continuous A/B testing.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to improve performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights, learnings, and optimization plans.
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices for Meta and Google Ads.
