About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition at Voyaah. This position is perfect for candidates who have a strong quantitative aptitude, a keen business acumen, and an interest in the rising consumer-tech space in India.
Responsibilities
- Paid Campaigns Coordination: Work with the performance marketing agency to execute and analyse paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other advertising platforms.
-Campaign Management: Write briefs, provide feedback to content teams, maintain a repository of
active campaigns, and update relevant files to sales and ops teams.
- Middle of the Funnel Management: Conduct A/B tests to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging with web and app traffic.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Assist in creating landing pages and executing high-converting digital marketing strategies based on data analytics.
- Digital Customer Journey: Work with the design team to create delightful online experiences from discovery to payment page.
- Market Research: Unearth insights by talking to customers, a lot.
- Growth Hacks: Identify low-cost opportunities to scale business online, acquire new customers
digitally, and drive customer retention.
- Optimise Marketing Metrics: Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC),
conversion rates, and ROI.
- Reports & Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google
Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant work experience in performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Great at project management, handling internal stakeholders, and operating efficiently.
- Proficient at conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Little more than basic knowledge of Excel and an understanding of digital marketing platforms.
