What We Expect From You
- Create and implement a performance marketing strategy to drive acquisition, awareness, traffic, leads and conversions.
- Handle acquisition & remarketing via Google (App Marketing), Facebook, Affiliates, Partnerships, Programmatic etc.
- Optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring cost efficiency in achieving acquisition and engagement goals.
- Work with data science, product, engineering & business teams to scale the performance of marketing channels.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Explore new performance marketing channels to diversify and scale acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and report campaign performance and key success metrics.
- Maintain and publish dashboards/reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.
- Manage ad creative development in collaboration with design and brand teams to ensure campaigns are engaging and high-performing.
Must Haves
- 3+ years experience across Performance Marketing, Google & Facebook Ad platform, Affiliates, MMP (Eg. Appsflyer), or marketing roles with a very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding & content.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of driving growth at scale;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact / ROI; critical thinker with problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Marketing, Business, Analytics, Product, Tech etc.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
