Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Digital Marketing with a strong focus on Performance Marketing, Google Ads and PPC to drive high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition. The role involves managing end-to-end paid campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI while scaling lead volume and improving overall campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Campaign Planning & Lead Generation: Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and PPC campaigns focused on driving high-quality leads and conversions.

● Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and overall ROI.

● Keyword & Bid Management: Conduct keyword research, manage bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to maximize lead generation efficiency.

● Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to scale lead volume and quality.

● Budget & Reporting: Manage budgets effectively and leverage tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and improve lead generation performance and ROAS.

Skills we seek:

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement and team coordination.

○ Strong expertise in Google Ads and PPC campaign management with a focus on lead generation

○ Proficiency in performance marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROI optimization

○ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools for data analysis and reporting

○ Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and scale high-quality leads
