Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a wizard with numbers and data visualization, specifically focused on streamlining our HR metrics and reporting processes. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive people-related decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintain and update large-scale databases using Google Sheets and MS Excel with 100% accuracy.
- HR Analytics: Create and manage HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, recruitment funnels, and performance metrics).
- Advanced Reporting: Use complex formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Array Formulas) to automate recurring reports.
- Presentations: Design high-impact PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for senior management to visualize workforce trends and KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data collection and implement automated solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Google Workspace: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (including Apps Script knowledge as a plus).
- MS Office Mastery: Exceptional skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Background: Proven experience or strong academic background in HR Analytics or People Analytics.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets quickly.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an MIS or Data Analyst role.
- Hands on experience with HRIS software and data integration.
