This is the second innings for our founders in Digital; they previously sold their agency to a large agency network. We are currently well-sourced with brand specialists, HR specialists, data analysts, digital planners, creative mavericks & technologists. Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across various performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with a strong background in Meta, Search (Google), & LinkedIn.

Key Responsibility:

  • Assist in the execution and day-to-day management of digital campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizations to improve performance
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
  • Assist in A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and assist in improving campaign efficiency
  • Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and digital marketing best practices
  • Support implementation of tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1.52.5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (internships included)
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills
