Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive responsible for launching and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
The role involves planning, executing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms to drive measurable growth in leads, revenue, and customer acquisition.
The candidate will also contribute to Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives by identifying funnel inefficiencies, running experiments, and improving landing page performance to maximise marketing ROI.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media Lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok ads and other digital platforms to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Translate business goals, offers, and audience insights into high-performing creative angles, hooks and concepts. Write and oversee Ad copies, Reels, landing pages and website.
- Manage campaign structures, targeting strategies, bidding models, and budgets to achieve optimal CPA, ROAS, and CPL performance metrics.
- Analyse campaign performance across traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and funnel performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to improve landing pages, creatives, and user journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, creatives, and messaging to identify high-performing campaign variations.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and advertising pixels.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies, remarketing campaigns, and lookalike audiences to improve customer acquisition efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, bounce rate, and funnel progression.
- Build performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Excel, or PowerPoint for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support CRO initiatives by identifying website friction points and improving conversion pathways with the help CRO tools like VWO, Convert and Microsoft clarity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and optimisation.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and experimentation methodologies.
Essential Skills, Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or any relevant field with certification from in Digital Marketing.
- 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with conversion tracking systems, analytics platforms, and attribution models.
- Understanding of conversion funnels, user behaviour analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies. Candidate should be eager to learn functioning of the CRO tools like Convert and VWO.

It'd Be Great If You Had:
- Experience working on international campaigns or global markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Leadsquared, Pipedrive, Zapier or any other CRM.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or website tagging for marketing tracking.
- Exposure to CRO Tool practices such as funnel analysis, Personalisation, A/B Tests, heatmaps, and user behaviour analysis.

- End-to-end ownership of paid campaign performance and optimisation.
- Improvement in lead generation volume, lead quality, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Continuous optimisation of conversion funnels and landing page performance.
- Regular MIS reporting and analysis of campaign performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Data-backed recommendations to improve marketing ROI and conversion rates.
