Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can strategize, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linkedin, Apollo, and drive organic traffic through SEO. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in running ROI-driven campaigns and improving search visibility for e-commerce or content-rich platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to meet performance KPIs.
- Create and manage SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO for both brand and client websites.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize ad creatives, targeting, bids, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Generate insightful performance reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and content with campaign goals and SEO standards.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing, platform algorithms, and best practices to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize product pages and brand stores for marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart for organic visibility and conversion.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and paid ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with e-commerce and marketplaces is highly preferred.
