Founder's Note

Our brand has a digital-first journey — great content drives interest, and the right performance marketing strategy turns that interest into leads, website visits, and eventually offline store conversions.

This makes your role absolutely crucial — you won't just be running ads, you'll be driving footfalls and directly impacting revenue.

If you're dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ready to solve challenges at speed, this is not a regular corporate role — and we're not offering something regular either. Your growth here will be fast and directly linked to your performance.

We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your primary focus will be Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary), with scope to explore OTT and other digital channels.

You'll be running campaigns in alignment with an experienced agency partner who will also serve as your guide, while directly managing a monthly ad budget of 30–50 lakh.

Within six months, based on key performance results, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team across other digital areas and promote your position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to meet acquisition and conversion goals
  • Support and manage Google Ads campaigns; explore OTT and other paid channels
  • Collaborate with our creative/content team to ensure ads align with brand positioning
  • Work closely with our performance marketing agency for advanced strategy and optimisation
  • Monitor budgets, track performance metrics, and report on results

Primary KPI

  • Drive In-store visits via Digital Marketing
  • Maintain a healthy Cost per visit

Skills & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have) and Google Ads (good-to-have)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
  • Experience in high-budget ad management (20 lakh+ monthly preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives on ownership and accountability
  • Eagerness to grow quickly in a startup environment
