About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is 100% sales-driven and can scale online revenue through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and e-commerce management. The ideal candidate must know how to generate consistent sales, optimize campaigns for high ROAS, and manage all digital platforms where our products are listed.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Generation Through Paid Ads
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) focusing on conversion campaigns.
  • Execute Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display) to drive high-intent buyers.
  • Maintain strong ROAS and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
2. WhatsApp Marketing for Conversions
  • Create WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for offers, new launches, and retargeting.
  • Build automated flows for cart recovery, COD confirmation, repeat sales & follow-ups.
  • Track conversions and continuously improve messaging to increase sales.
3. Website & E-Commerce Sales Optimization
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on the Maison de Fouzdar website.
  • Optimize product listings on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Improve product descriptions, images, and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
4. Performance Tracking & Revenue Reporting
  • Analyze daily sales, ad performance, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Share conversion insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer journey and reduce drop-offs across funnels.
5. Strategy for Scaling Revenue
  • Plan monthly sales campaigns, festive offers, and remarketing strategies.
  • Identify best-selling products and push them for higher returns.
  • Explore new audience segments and channels to grow revenue consistently.
Skills Required
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & WhatsApp Marketing.
  • Proven ability to generate online sales through paid marketing.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, Shopify/WordPress, and marketplace operations.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset for ad copies, visuals, and product messaging.
  • Ability to work under sales targets and deliver results.
