Job Overview:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns, particularly in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve key performance metrics.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and overall conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to demonstrate progress and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and ad formats to ensure effective campaign execution.

Requirements:-

• 2-3 years of experience in executing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
