About the Role :

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth, improve performance, and generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other digital platforms

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple funnels and objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning and performance analysis

• Create dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and GA4 for actionable insights

• Improve campaign efficiency through automation tools like Zapier and scripts

• Handle conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance audits

• Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing tools

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance or Digital Marketing (agency or brand side)

• Experience managing D2C campaigns across top, middle, and bottom funnels

• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• Working knowledge of GMC, GMB, pixels, and tracking setup

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Proficiency in Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier is an advantage

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
