Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our team full-

time. The ideal candidate is someone who understands performance channels deeply, thinks

analytically, and can independently own campaign strategy, execution, and growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid campaigns, optimizing

performance, and ensuring consistent results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns to drive strong ROI and

achieve performance KPIs.

  • Analyze performance data end-to-end and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS

and conversion rates.

  • Build and execute full-funnel strategies with detailed and accurate audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to guide ad creatives, identify fatigue, and

suggest new hooks and angles.

  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers for continuous

improvement.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations and

performance breakdowns.

  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, insights, and strategic direction.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in website CRO, product positioning, and offer

structure.

  • Stay updated on platform algorithm updates, new features, ad formats, and overall industry

trends to ensure continuous optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

13 years of experience in Meta Ads or performance marketing (agency experience

preferred).

Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, analytics dashboards, and reporting.

Understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.

Creativity in testing new angles, hooks, and performance-driven ad structures.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and results-oriented environment.
