Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 13 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns. This role focuses on driving measurable growth across performance channels while continuously improving ROI and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and improve ROI
  • Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad dashboards

Eligibility & Skills

  • 13 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and pixels
  • Experience with GA, GTM, or similar analytics tools is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination skills
