We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 13 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns. This role focuses on driving measurable growth across performance channels while continuously improving ROI and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
- Manage daily campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and improve ROI
- Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad dashboards
Eligibility & Skills
- 13 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and pixels
- Experience with GA, GTM, or similar analytics tools is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
