This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Performance Marketing Executive will oversee planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive measurable results. Responsibilities include conducting market research, devising marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing their performance to boost lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI. Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging will also be an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and strategic campaign development
• Strong Market Research abilities to identify industry trends and target audience insights
• Excellent Communication skills for client collaboration and team coordination
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to achieve business goals and drive revenue
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize results
• Knowledge of performance marketing systems like Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a digital marketing or agency setting is advantageous
