About the Role: Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Planning: Plan campaign structure, audience targeting and funnel strategy across Meta and Google.

• Media Execution: Set up, launch and manage campaigns on Meta and Google, including creative testing.

• Research & Competitor Analysis: Use platform tools and competitor research to understand the market and find new opportunities.

• Reporting: Prepare performance reports and track key metrics and overall campaign performance.

• Problem Solving: Use AI tools to analyse data, improve workflows, and solve campaign-related issues.

• Ownership: Take ownership of campaign performance and day-to-day media management.

Required Skills:

• Strong marketing fundamentals and understanding of consumer behaviour, funnels, and marketing objectives.

• Good understanding of media planning, execution, research, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Good understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing.

• Understanding of how branding and performance marketing work together.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
