Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Plan and execute acquisition strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

2. Paid Media Management

  • Monitor and manage budget allocation for campaigns to ensure efficient spend and high ROI.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for better performance.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights for management to track progress toward KPIs and business goals.

4. SEO & SEM Coordination

  • Work closely with the SEO team to align paid strategies with organic search efforts.
  • Optimize keyword strategies for both PPC and SEM campaigns.

5. Audience Targeting

  • Identify, build, and refine audience segments for ad targeting and remarketing.
  • Leverage customer data to improve targeting accuracy and conversion rates.

6. Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, banners, and ad copies.
  • Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content styles, and storytelling to enhance ad performance.
  • Bring creativity and experimentation to ad design and messaging for higher engagement.
  • Contribute to content creation such as reels, banners, carousels, and video scripts.

7. Market & Competitor Research

  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the market.

8. Tool & Platform Proficiency

  • Work with platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and CRM systems

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

(MBA or specialized certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus)

13 years of experience in digital or performance marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and collaborate effectively across teams.

Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

Familiarity with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.
