Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving ROI, and strengthening YDPL's online presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns)
  • Manage monthly ad budgets effectively.
  • Monitor CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS and improve performance.
2. Lead Generation
  • Generate quality leads for CNC machines and industrial products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Strategy & Planning
  • Research competitors and market trends.
  • Suggest new campaign ideas and growth strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
5. Website & SEO Coordination
  • Coordinate with website team for campaign landing pages.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.

Required Skills
  • 24 years experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation preferred.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.

  • Lead quality & conversion rate
  • Campaign ROI
  • Monthly qualified lead generation target
