About the role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility. What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
- Manage lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns for books, courses, and publishing-related products
- Monitor daily campaign performance including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize ad spends to ensure maximum ROI and efficient budget utilization
- Collaborate with the design, content, and social media teams for ad creatives and messaging
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience research and competitor analysis
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
