Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹3,00,000 - 3,36,000 per annum

Atraski has executed over 100+ successful campaigns across strategy, content, and technology. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will work with a portfolio of heritage brands and new-age innovators, including:

Baidyanath, Swiggy Instamart, Bonn, and Tong Garden, Pantaloons, Westside, Jewelbox, and Mother Sparsh, Uber, Hero Electric, Tata, and Air India, Sereko, Gytree, Saado, and Yuana.

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead campaign execution and optimization. You will be responsible for driving brand growth and high ROAS by leveraging deep analytics and strategic targeting within our integrated ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Independently plan and manage full-funnel paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics—including CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS—to ensure measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct audience analysis and keyword research to align paid media with overall brand strategy.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute testing frameworks for ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversion efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare data-backed performance dashboards using standardized systems to provide actionable insights to leadership and clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with Atraski Studios for visual assets and ATT for technical infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience managing paid media budgets and achieving performance KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in an SOP-led environment that prioritizes accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into growth roadmaps.
