KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B-relevant channels
- Own campaign performance end to end, from audience targeting and creative briefing to bid management, optimisation, and reporting
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign efficiency
- Work closely with the content and design teams to brief performance-oriented creative assets that convert
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets with rigorous attention to ROI; identify opportunities to reallocate spend for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and pipeline health, and feed insights back into targeting and messaging
- Stay current with platform updates, bidding strategies, and B2B performance marketing best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with rich media display platforms such as Kargo is a plus, particularly for B2C financial services campaigns
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and marketing attribution tools
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation and landing page testing
- Ability to translate data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics is a strong advantage
