Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and conversions for our
Study Abroad vertical. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid
marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook
& Instagram).
• Generate high-quality leads for study abroad programs (USA, UK, Canada, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce cost per lead.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content and design teams.
• Use Google Analytics to track performance and user behavior.
• Manage re-marketing campaigns to re-engage users.
Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
