Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid campaigns while serving as the primary account lead for client management. You will bridge performance execution with clear client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Optimize Campaigns: Optimize campaigns and connect with clients for accounts related queries.
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage GTM and custom conversion events to ensure accurate attribution.
• Optimization & Reporting: Conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages; deliver performance dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI) with actionable strategic insights.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on paid media and client-facing agency experience.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex data to clients clearly.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
